(i) No Escalation Charges for the allotted flats, but prices are subject to revision as decided by the Builder and applicable to fresh applicants only.
(ii) All the taxes shall be extra as applicable.
(iii) The society non-refundable corpus fund deposit, advance maintenance charges for flats as applicable, Flat registration expenses as per Govt rule and electricity infrastructure charges etc are payable before registration & handing over of the flat.

|(G)|| On completetion of all flooring works & plastering works in the specific floor & specific block|| @ 10% of the Ag Value|
|(H)|| On installation of Door Shutters, Windows, all bathroom Fittings and compleltetion of inside painting works in the
Specific floor & specific block|| @ 10% of the Ag Value|
